Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams paneer
  • 50 grams ghee
  • 100 grams Peas
  • 2 onions
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 50 ml cream
  • Salt
  • Turmeric
  • Cinammon

Spices

  • chilli powder mild one

Instructions
 

  • In a pressure cooker, add a little oil and add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, salt, turmeric, chili powder and saute.

  • Now transfer this into a mixie jar and blend it to a fine paste.
  • In the same pressure cooker, add butter. When butter melts, add cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaf and saute.
  • Now add the blended paste and saute till the gravy leaves out the oil. Now add coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, sugar and mix well.
  • Add a little water so that the sauce is silky. Add salt and peas.
