Dahiwala Murgh is a version of chicken curry, just marinades the chicken with yogurt and other spices.

Recipe : Dahiwala Murgh (Yogurt Chicken) Ingredients

  • 500 g Garam Masala
  • 1/2 cup Garam Masala
  • 2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 3 tsp Garam Masala
  • 2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala to taste
  • 3 tsp Garam Masala
  • 3 tsp Garam Masala
  • 3 tsp Garam Masala
  • 2 tbsp Garam Masala
  • 2 Garam Masala sliced
  • 1 Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala

Recipe : Dahiwala Murgh (Yogurt Chicken) Step by step

  1. Take the chicken pieces, add red chili powder, turmeric, salt, garam masala, curd, coriander and green chili powder, ginger garlic paste, and lemon juice and mix well and keep aside.

  2. Take the pressure cooker, add oil and curry leaves. now add sliced onions and fry till golden brown.

  3. Now add the sliced tomato and cook it nicely.

  4. Add the marinated chicken and stir well.

  5. Add 1 cup water and chopped coriander and close the lid. let it get 2 whistles.

  6. Now serve it with butter on top and garnish with coriander.
