Celebrate this weekend with your family by making this well-known dish of middle east Grilled beef or lamb kabob.
Recipe : Ground Beef Kebab Ingredients
- 500 gm Ground Beef
- 1 Onions
- 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tbsp Chilli paste
- 1/2 cup mint leaves
- 2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- to taste Salt
- 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves
- 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
Recipe : Ground Beef Kebab Step by step

In a large bowl, mix ground beef, onion, ginger paste, chilli paste, mint and mix it well.

Season it with cumin, coriander, salt and paprika.

Cover the bowl and refrigerate it until the batter gets little thick.

Take 1 cup of batter and mould it in form of sausage around skewers.

Preheat the grill on high flame and grease it with oil.

Put the prepared kebabs on the grill and cook it for 5 minutes on each side.

Serve immediately, or wrap in aluminium foil to keep hot.
