Recipe : Indian Makhani Gravy Ingredients
- 2 tsp Amul Butter
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 2 Bay Leaf
- 2 Cinnamon
- 2 Cloves
- 1 Star Anise
- 1 tsp Anise
- 1 Onions
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- Salt
- 2 tsp ginger
- 4 Garlic
- 1 Green Chilies
- 12 Cashewnut
- 1 cup water

In a pan, add oil and butter melt it. Now add cumin seeds, anise seeds, star anise, bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom cloves and cook it for a minute.

Now add chopped onion. cook it until light pink.

Now add chopped garlic, ginger and cook for a minute.

Add chopped tomatoes, cover the lid and cook it for a minute.

Add few cashew nut, red chili, and salt.

Add water and cook it for 5 minutes and blend the paste in mixture grinder and use it.
