I’m a big fan of South Indian Food. Specially dosa, Idli and one of my favorite uttapam (oothappam) topped with vegetables. Usually, I grind Uthappam batter at home and make a different variety of uthappa like rice uthappam, oats uthappa, vegetable uthappa, bread uttapam, rava uttapam.
Restaurant uttapam have a very high number of calories, so I make most of the food at my home and avoid junk food. This Instant south Indian pancake is something healthy and tasty for quick breakfast. We can do it with readily available dosa flour or leftover dosa batter too. Just add fenugreek powder so that we get a good golden brown color.
