Make this easy lentils soup with Indian touch which is flavoured with garlic and onion.

- 1 cup Pigeon pea seeds (Tuvar)
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
- 1/2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- Coriander Leaves
Recipe : Toor Dal Shorba Step by step

Add oil in a pan, now add cumin seeds, garlic paste and saute for a minute.

Take boiled pigeon pea seeds (Tuvar), water and blend it until smooth. Pour it in garlic paste and cook it.

Add red chilli powder, now add water to set consistency. Cook it for 8 - 10 minute.

Take a serving bowl place cooked rice, coriander leaves in the centre. Now top it with shorba.

Garnish it with fried onion and garlic, squeeze lemon on the top. Serve hot.
